LOOKING FOR GREAT TALENT FOR YOUR SALON?

Have you thought about how partnering with your local Cosmetology Schools can help you find the Artists that will be the best fit for your Salon Company?

Partnering with a Beauty School near you is one of the best ways to bring in fresh, new talent! Here are the Top 5 Best Salon Partner Practices.

Presenting at the academy is a great way to introduce yourself and your company to our entire student body. Doing a live educational demo, or providing insight on aspects of your company such as culture, average income, work-life-balance, and employee benefits helps encourage our students to seek out employment at your company upon program completion.

Notice a spotlight student you want to connect with? Book a service with them! Coming in for a service is a great opportunity to get to know the student while in their element and introduce yourself as a member of our industry.

Make sure to follow Your Local Beauty School and their Student Artists on Instagram! They are regularly showcasing their work and sharing their pages. Following students and interacting with them early via-social media will help bring awareness to your salon or spa company.

Inviting a student to shadow at your Salon Company is a great way to get our Students into Your Space! This is an awesome opportunity for students to learn from your Artists and to expose them to the vibe and culture of your Salon Company!

Check in with your local Beauty Schools to see if they have a Job Board where you can post new job opportunities! We highly encourage you to post all openings including front desk and supporting staff.
