Financial Aid

Federal Student Aid is available to qualified students. Students may be eligible for grants and/or loans to cover qualified educational expenses. The Academy encourages students to only borrow that which is needed.

First Time Completing a FAFSA?

If you have never completed a FAFSA, here is some helpful information:

You will need to apply for an FSA ID online. This feature has replaced the four digit PIN number that was previously used to complete the FAFSA.

If you are a dependent student, your parent will also need to apply for an FSA ID. Generally you are a dependent if you’re under the age of 24, single, and have zero dependents that you support.

Need questions answered in order to apply for an FSA ID or complete the FAFSA? Contact the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-433-3243.

Have you created your FSA ID with incorrect information such as entering the wrong social security number or date of birth? Please contact the FSA ID helpline for assistance in correcting the issues: 1-800-557-7394, option 1.

Student financial aid is money to help you pay for part of the cost of your technical education program. Our school participates in the US Department of Educations; Title IV student financial aid programs and Pell grants. This aid is not based on age, but on a students financial need. Still in high school? Ask your counselor for information about private, local and state grants and scholarships that might be available.
